What can you expect when we come to your home?

We visit your home in the same way a potential buyer would. We will be able to evaluate and determine the best way to enhance the features of your home and give you our recommendations for whatever changes are necessary to help you sell your home. with your approval, we will begin making the changes for you as soon as you wish!

What preparations will you need to make before we arrive?

If your home has been placed on the market already your appointment will be booked right away.

You may want to sort and discard any items that you no longer need or want in advance of your appointment. Full Service home staging includes sorting and pre-packing closets and cabinets for you. We pre-pack accessories, toys, books, etc. We provide packing materials for an additional fee. we also provide cleaning services,

Do we provide you with a report of our Home Staging?

We will take notes and photos of your home so that it is easier for us to complete your staging report. After the initial appointment and once we complete our Staging project, we send you and your referring REALTOR a Report.
